Mentor-ship (Upcoming Program)
SBIAA would like to foster an internship program for the young adult (9-12th graders) members of our organization. SBIAA parents are a great resource to our young adult population. Our community is fortunate to have parents with a wide variety of degrees, in highly successful jobs and careers, all of which could provide a great array of opportunities for learning and networking.
SBIAA would like to offer our young adults the opportunity to network with professionals in our community, who have an expertise in areas that young adults are interested in pursuing. This would not only enhance their ability to make a more informed decision regarding their future, but also develop their confidence. Depending on interests, we hope to match the young adults with other professionals, in opportunities or positions that fit their curiosity.
